NOW HIRING Washington County Ambulance Services Director Individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of the Washington County Ambulance Services. Plans, organizes, coordinates and evaluates the functions of the ambulance service. Conducts training and supervision of staff to ensure delivery of consistent high quality care. Responsible for all departmental financial, budgetary, and administrative duties. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree with Business Administration from an accredited 4-year college or university preferred. Two to four years of supervisory or management experience (in EMS) preferred. Current lowa Paramedic License and lowa Class D driver's license (or equivalent) required. Other preferred experience: 4+ years active experience working in paramedics, prior experience working with rural ambulance service operations. Position requires residence within the Washington County Ambulance emergency response area within 6 months of hire.
