The Winfield Police Department is accepting applications for the full-time position of Police Officer. This position will serve as a part time School Resource Officer for the Winfield Mt. Union Community School District beginning with the 2024-2025 school year, in addition to regular patrol duties as a Winfield Police Officer. Certified Officers are encouraged to apply. Applicants must meet minimum hiring standards set by the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy. Residence within the Winfield Mt. Union Community School District is required.
