FINANCE MANAGER Regional Utilities Service Systems (RUSS) has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Finance Manager. This candidate will under general supervision, coordinate and process the financial activities for the organization of RUSS. In addition, this candidate will be responsible for the coordination of office procedures, policies and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Knowledge of QuickBooks/Accounting/ Finance procedures is a must. Desired qualification: Graduate from accredited two (2) year college or university program in an accounting field, or, high school graduate with a minimum of two (2) year's work experience in one or more of the fields of accounting.
