Such treatments may contain the herbicide Milestone. Milestone herbicide's label contains restrictions for haying. Before haying in the County right-of-way consult the herbicide label and contact Henry County Road Department for more information. lowa Law requires the County to control noxious weeds in the road right-of-way. Residents desiring spraying of road right-of-way adjacent to their property should contact the Henry County Engineer's Office.
