The position is responsible for interpreting and enforcing city regulations and codes including building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, life safety, property maintenance, fire safety, energy and accessibility. Individual is also responsible for administering the city zoning regulations. B.A. in related field, two years college or technical school degree in related field with three (3) years of related experience, or five (5) or more years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
