With a successful history (30 years) in commercial construction, Schaus-Vorhies Contracting, Inc. (SVC) has found the best way to focus our resources around the customer’s needs was to develop separate service areas of specialty.
One area of service for owners/end-users is general contracting with a variety of project delivery systems offered including turn-key design-build with SVC in the role of construction manager and/or providing building and erection services.
The second area of business that SVC focuses on is sub-contracting its services to larger general contractors. The types of services are metal building supply and erection, wood framing construction, and commercial construction.
