Two RIVERS Bank & Trust Career Opportunity - Commercial Banking Officer and Team Lead Two Rivers Bank & Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage and develop bank customer portfolio and account relationships for borrowers and to lead our team of commercial banking officers in the Burlington market. Duties include negotiating credit items, conducting reviews of loan customers, preparing documentation and making presentations, monitoring loan repayment activity, calling on potential and/or existing customers, and assisting in the servicing and administration of larger loans. As the team lead, this position manages sales performance, administration of policies/procedures, and assists in the training/development of commercial banking officers to function in all aspects of loan originations and selling techniques. The successful candidate should have a four-year degree in business, economics, finance or comparable banking degree, but any combination of education and prior related work experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirements. Five or more years of lending or comparable work experience and five or more years of managing a team of lenders and/or sales professionals is required.
