Head Start/Early Head Start Education Coordinator: Based in Burlington 40 hours weekly. Successful applicant MUST have minimum of BA/BS degree in Early Childhood Education, or similar field with enough coursework equivalent to a major relating to ECE/ECD, have prior preschool teaching experience, along with supervisory experience. Will provide leadership and supervision for staff at Head Start/Early Head Start classroom worksite. Will visit classrooms and teaching staff for purpose of observation, consultation, supervision and monitoring to ensure program requirements are met. Will assist Education Manager in development and implementation of the curriculum and planning teacher meetings and monitor the NAEYC accreditation process within classrooms. Willing to travel within the area; have current auto insurance. Post offer, pre-employment drug testing, criminal background check required.
